I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Their attention to detail was exceptional, from providing amenities for children to having an electric vehicle charging station available. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing first-class hosting and making sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a great spa with excellent massage services and an amazing restaurant with an extensive selection of wines and delicious food.
Everything great.

the location was stunning, nestled among vineyards and with mesmerizing views of the mountains. the spacious rooms were tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail and were equipped with high-quality amenities. the staff provided exceptional service, with attentive and accommodating assistance throughout my stay. the breakfast was delicious and the bistrot restaurant offered scrumptious meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. the indoor pool was a highlight, and the spa facilities were top-notch, providing the ultimate relaxation experience.
The other restaurant on the property did not meet my expectations for fine dining and would have benefited from improvement in the menu's quality and execution.

Spent New Year's Eve in a fantastic place with my partner and it was awesome! The facilities were really comfortable, with great hot pools and lovely breakfast each day. The mountain views were spectacular and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food at the restaurant was really delicious. The private garden was a plus to relax in and enjoy the peace and quiet of our holidays.
Some of the facilities weren't clean enough. The spa area was quite dirty and the jacuzzi was not working properly, which was a shame.

The Thanksgiving experience was enjoyable; the location was surrounded by beautiful scenery and the staff was friendly and pampering. We loved the stunning architecture and interior design of the establishment, which made our stay very peaceful and romantic. the spa was incredible, and we mostly had it to ourselves.
The limited variety of food offerings was disappointing, especially considering the high prices. the main restaurant was closed during weekdays, and the only option was the bistro, which didn't have an extensive selection.

I was blown away by the high quality of the rooms at this hotel. They were absolutely incredible and surpassed my expectations. The attention to detail and luxurious amenities made my stay truly unforgettable. And let's not forget about the food in the restaurant, which was equally amazing. I indulged in some of the best meals I've ever had in Bulgaria. The combination of the stunning views, spa facilities, golf options, and delicious food make this place the ultimate choice for a luxurious and rejuvenating stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an extraordinary experience.
